Privacy policy

[YOUR LLP NAME] ("Ultra Scholar", "we") runs this website and question bank. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address and city.
- Study data: the chapters you attempt, your answers, marks, rank and time taken.
- Device details: an identifier for the one device your student account is registered to.
- Payment records: what was bought, the amount and the payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach us.
- Parent links: who linked to a student account, their relation, and when consent was given.
Why we use it
- To run your account, mark your attempts and show your rank and solutions.
- To keep paid content with the student who bought it, including the one-device rule and the email and mobile watermark on solutions and PDFs.
- To send progress summaries to a linked parent, and payment receipts.
- To contact you about your free sample and Ultra Scholar, if you asked for a sample.
Students under 18
[Describe how parental consent is obtained and recorded for students under 18, as advised by your lawyer.]
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that run Ultra Scholar (hosting, database, payments, and message delivery), and with a parent the student has linked. We don't sell personal data. Rank lists show only a first name and city.
How long we keep it
[RETENTION PERIOD]. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can view and correct your details in your account, unlink a parent, turn off parent summaries, or ask for your data to be deleted by writing to [support@yourdomain.in].
